So often, January is seen as bleak, in the bare bones of winter, stripped of the glittering festivities and fire magic that have passed. And yet, this can be a rich and rewarding season, when we turn our attention beneath the surface, toward what is essential. This is a time for tending our roots - for deep nourishment, rest, and fortification.

As we move through the remainder of this winter, we focus on building reserves of rest, strength, and resilience. There will be a time to give, to share, and to create as Spring arrives. For now, the work is inward.
