Most of our services are available to book online via this website - just click on the link below for the relevant service page, and scroll down to the find live availability and booking.
You are also very welcome to book in person with our friendly reception team - who can outline the treatment process, advise on which of our specialists would be most suited to you and your symptoms, or give any further information you may need. Just call 01798 667 151 or email info@clinic51.co.uk during office hours (leave a message, and we’ll respond as soon as we can).
We may on occasion also be able to offer you an appointment time to suit, which might be outside of our usual hours. So if you don’t see anything in the online booking system that works for you, it may be worth giving us a call.
Our reception team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 01798 667151, or by email. If you’d like us to call you back at a convenient time, please complete the request below and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Policies & Procedures
Policies
Chaperones: all patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation or procedure where they feel one is required. The chaperone may be a family member or friend but you may prefer a formal chaperone to be present, for example a trained member of staff. If this is the case, please let us know at the time of booking as per our Chaperone Policy.
Patient Confidentiality: we are committed to safeguarding patient confidentiality and keeping your information secure. Please read our Confidentiality Policy for more information.
Cancellations / Rescheduling appointments: we are committed to helping as many women as possible through our Menopause Clinics and we hope you understand that in order to do this we must operate a Booking and Cancellation Policy.
