For the best booking experience, we recommend you either call or email to book your appointment. We are always happy to explain the consultation process, pricing, how to find us, and to answer any other questions you may have.

We will also do our best to offer you an appointment time to suit, which might be outside of our usual hours.

Our reception team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 01798 667151, or by email.

You can see live availability and book both in person and video consultations, below.

*If any of the following conditions apply to you please CALL to book an appointment* so we can ensure you see the right doctor: 

• If you currently have or have ever suffered from a hormone dependent cancer (breast, endometrial, ovarian)
• If you are under the age of 40
• If your issue is NOT related to the menopause
 

You will be required to pay in full when you book on line so please also call to book an appointment if:

• You are a public sector worker and are eligible for our 10% consultation discount (see our prices page for more details and eligibility) 
• You want to spread the cost using Klarna which allows you to split the consultation cost into 3 interest-free instalments.

All of our doctors specialise in women’s health and menopause and you can read more about them here. You can either choose your doctor or click on any practitioner for the first available appointment.  

In person consultation

In person consultations take place at our beautiful clinic on the Barlavington Estate, which is between Chichester and Petworth.

Video consultation

Video consultations may be more convenient for anyone living farther away, or who finds it difficult to get to our clinic. All video consultations take place via secure video link.

If a suitable appointment for you isn’t showing in the above calendar, do get in touch with us by phone or email, as we may be able to offer you a time that is outside of our usual hours.

Please make sure you read our Booking and Cancellation Policy and have a credit or debit card available as full payment is required at the time of booking.

Policies

Chaperones: all patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation or procedure where they feel one is required. The chaperone may be a family member or friend but you may prefer a formal chaperone to be present, for example a trained member of staff. If this is the case, please let us know at the time of booking as per our Chaperone Policy.

Patient Confidentiality: we are committed to safeguarding patient confidentiality and keeping your information secure. Please read our Confidentiality Policy for more information.

Cancellations / Rescheduling appointments: we are committed to helping as many women as possible through our Menopause Clinics and we hope you understand that in order to do this we must operate a Booking and Cancellation Policy.
