Spring Sound Bath with Verity Megan

Spring Sound Bath: Lemon Balm & Honey

Lemon balm, with its bright lemony fragrance, belongs to the Lamiaceae family, a relative of mint and sage and a favourite in cottage gardens. Long cherished for its comforting and soothing qualities, its tiny white flowers are also beloved by the bees. The ancient Greeks called this plant Melissa, meaning 'honey bee.' For centuries beekeepers have rubbed their hives with lemon balm to welcome bees home.

As the energy of the season quickens, you're warmly invited to sink into spacious rest for our Spring Sound Bath at Black Barn - an opportunity for rest, resonance and renewal, supported by the calming spirit of Melissa.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a warm infusion of lemon balm tea to sip and savour. The session begins with a guided meditation to settle the mind and soften the body, allowing you to melt and loosen. From there we drift into the sound bath, where calming vibrations ripple and trickle through your whole being.

After the sound bath, there will be space for sharing, reflection, and a honey-sweet treat to ground and close the evening.

Come and be held in this delicious sound medicine as you rest and dream into the bright possibilities ahead.
