The Prevent51 Signature Package combines our most comprehensive programme of carefully curated tests & assessments, analysis from your doctor, and a two-part, in-depth consultation that allows us to fully discuss the results. Together we will create a personalised plan for optimising your future health. All focussed on what matters most to you.

The Signature Package is for you if:

Our Signature Package - The Process in Summary:

  • Personal Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire

    Evidence-based assessment of your personal & family medical history and your lifestyle.

    Questions that prompt for your health goals - to understand what you want to be achieve at 80, and then work towards that.

  • Vital Signs check

    Blood pressure, height, weight, waist circumference, grip strength, ECG pulse rhythm & rate check.

    Simple readings that tell us a lot about how your body is functioning.

  • Comprehensive blood tests

    A full blood panel that includes diabetes and advanced cholesterol screen (HbA1c, Lipid profile, Apolipoprotein B, Lipoprotein (a). These tests are not available on the NHS and provide a more accurate assessment of cardiovascular risk.

    These key biomarkers tell us about current function and future risk.

  • Bone Density DEXA and FRAX score

    A bone mineral density (BMD) scan - the gold standard for measuring bone density - along with a FRAX score which allows us to understand your risk of breaking a bone.

  • Body Composition DEXA

    The body composition DEXA gives us an accurate reading of your lean muscle, total fat, and where it is stored. These are key readings that determine function over time and disease risk.

    Delivered at the same time as the BMD DEXA - with our partner i-Thrive in Surrey.

  • Biological Age Testing: GrimAge or GlycanAge

    These tests measure important ageing indications to estimate your biological age - that is, how your body functions compared to your actual age in years.

    These tests do not diagnose disease, but they can give powerful additional insights when combined with the rest of the comprehensive assessment.

    You can choose either GlycanAge (immune system ageing) or GrimAge (DNA methylation / epigenetic) test. Find a comparison of the two tests here.

  • Consultation with your Doctor

    The first, 60 minute appointment allows time for a full explanation of your results, to explain where your risks might lie, and answer any questions you may have.

    A second, 30 minute follow up appointment is used to agree a future health plan, and highlight any further testing or screening that might be required.

    Having two appointments allows time for you to digest, reflect, and avoid overwhelm.

  • A Personalised Plan

    An individualised plan that looks at your key areas of risk & what you want to achieve for the longer term.

    We use our understanding of behavioural science to create a plan that is more likely to succeed.

    We will focus on one or two priority areas, and agree key actions for:-

    medical treatment

    lifestyle changes

    future monitoring

    ongoing review

Booking & Prices

Our Signature Package costs £1,500 which includes all of the testing outlined below (including an appointment with our nurse for your vital signs check and phlebotomy), a 60 minute appointment with your doctor to discuss your results, followed two weeks later with a 30 minute appointment to finalise your health plan.

If any referrals or follow ups with third-party providers are necessary, these will be discussed separately.
