Breathwork & Cold Water Therapy
Breathwork & Contrast Therapy
Breathing is something we do without giving it much attention - but busy, stressful modern life, the impact of changing hormones through midlife, and even changes in our body composition and muscles may mean that we are not breathing as effectively as we could be. Many of us take short, shallow quick breaths that do not give our bodies the oxygen it needs, or calm our nervous systems.
Practising breathwork techniques can calm stress & anxiety, improve mood, increase energy levels and promote better sleep.
Cold water therapy has also been proven to improve mood, enhance focus, boost metabolism, and even alleviate hot flushes.
