Prevent51 Longevity Day
Saturday 26th September 2026
Because healthy ageing doesn’t happen by accident
Join us at Clinic51’s beautiful converted barn just outside Petworth for an inspiring and informative day dedicated to longevity, disease prevention, and thriving through midlife and beyond.
Designed for women of all ages this unique event brings together evidence-based medical expertise with practical, restorative sessions focused on helping you protect your future health — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is not a clinical conference, and it isn’t about the latest fads & trends all promising a longer life.
It’s a thoughtful, intelligent and welcoming day for women who want clear, evidence-based information about how to stay healthy, strong and vibrant for the decades ahead.

Meet our Doctors
Educational Talks:
-
Chronological age is just the number of years you have lived - whereas biological age is how well your body is actually functioning. Genetics play a role but so does your lifestyle, environment and stress.
The diseases that kill us - heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes and cancer - are at least in part, preventable.
Find out what the latest science tells us about disease prevention and biological ageing, and what we can do about it. You can’t change your date of birth, but you can change how your body ages.

Description
Meet some of our wellbeing team..
Shorter wellbeing sessions
-
Why do we react the way we do under pressure? Why does anxiety feel so physical? And why is it so hard to think clearly when life feels overwhelming?
In this engaging and accessible session, Sammi draws on neuroscience and her clinical practice to walk you through how your brain actually works — from the way it prioritises survival over logic, to the role of sleep, stress, and your daily habits in shaping how you feel. You will leave with a clearer understanding of your own responses and practical insight into how the brain can change — at any age.
-
Experience an immersive journey of functional breathing, ancient pranayama and conscious breathwork, designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system and support lasting health, resilience and wellbeing.
-
Discover how a few mindful minutes of facial massage, combined with simple Gua Sha techniques, can help release tension, encourage healthy circulation and support a naturally brighter, more sculpted complexion.
In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, Nicole will guide you through an easy routine that you can confidently recreate at home. Together, you’ll explore how gentle touch can soften areas of facial tension, support lymphatic drainage and create a calming moment of self-care within your day.
-
Cultivate curiosity with a restorative walk and guided meditation .
Enjoy a short, silent walk to take in the wild ecology of the hedgerows, noticing what catches your eye: a feather, a fallen leaf, a cluster of berries. We'll move slowly, with time to pause and gather small treasures along the way.
Then we'll settle in the orchard, where Verity will lead a guided meditation to bring you into a relationship with your surroundings. We will bathe in this beauty before sharing our experiences and our gathered treasures to create a nature mandala as an offering to the land.
By slowing down and paying attention, we can deepen our relationship with the natural world and remember our place within it.
Booking for these sessions will open in September, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis
You can also….
Speak to the team from GlycanAge about Biological Age testing; how it works, what it tells us, and how your lifestyle, habits, and environment have shaped your biology over time.
Meet the team from i-Thrive - our DEXA Bone Density & Body Composition partners. They can talk you through the process of having a DEXA Body Composition scan, and what you can expect to learn from the results.
Book an appointment for a ‘Vital Signs’ check, with one of our nurse practitioners. Just send us an email for available times.
Food & Drink
The horsebox café will be open all day in neighbouring Mill Yard - it occupies the courtyard directly adjacent to Clinic51. They are open for coffee & pastries from 8.30am, and will be serving lunch from 12 - 3pm. There is seating in the courtyard, and some, limited indoor space (but you are welcome to bring your drinks into Black Barn).
The horsebox is small, so please be patient!

We look forward to seeing you on the 12th!
